Parent wellbeing: a private check-in for you
A baby app that asks how you are. Private check-ins, your nights beside your mood, and help that's close when you need it.
Cocoon's Wellbeing section lets a parent log a private mood check-in — good, okay, tired, stretched or struggling — that only they can see, with an optional daily reminder. It shows mood beside sleep over time, keeps the parent's own medicines, and lists support and crisis lines for the parent's region.
What it does
A quick check-in — good, okay, tired, stretched or struggling — kept private to you and never shared with the family. An optional daily reminder helps it become a habit.
Over time, Cocoon puts your mood beside your nights, and a “Your night” card in the morning shows the longest stretch you could have slept. You can also keep track of your own medicines.
Help is close: support and crisis lines for your region — like PANDA and Lifeline in Australia, Samaritans in the UK, and the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline and 988 in the US — plus your local emergency number.
How it works
- Open Settings → Your wellbeing.
- Check in with how you're feeling; add a note if you like.
- Turn on a daily reminder if it helps.
- Find your region's support lines in one place.

Common questions
Can my partner see my mood check-ins?
No. Wellbeing check-ins are private to the person who logs them and are never shared with the family.
Where can I get help with postnatal depression?
Talk with your GP or child-health nurse. Cocoon's Wellbeing section lists your region's perinatal support and crisis lines, like PANDA in Australia, Samaritans in the UK and the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline in the US.
Is the wellbeing check-in a screening test?
No. It's a private journal of how you're feeling, not a diagnosis or a screening tool. If you're worried, please talk with your GP.
