Baby growth charts with WHO and CDC percentiles
Every measurement plotted on the right chart, with its percentile — and a gentle flag when the line changes course. Context for the conversation, never a diagnosis.
Cocoon plots weight, length or height, head circumference, BMI and weight-for-length on WHO growth standards from birth to 2 years and CDC charts after that, and shows a percentile for every measurement. It corrects for prematurity automatically, flags when a line crosses two centile bands, and works in kg, lb and oz, cm or inches.

What it does
Add a measurement and Cocoon plots it on the right reference: WHO growth standards for 0–24 months and CDC charts from 2 years, following the AAP's guidance. Each measurement gets its percentile, with the typical range and median drawn behind your baby's line.
Born early? Cocoon uses corrected age everywhere — growth, milestones, forecasts and the sleep program — so a premature baby is compared fairly.
If the line crosses two centile bands, Cocoon points it out gently as something to mention at the next check — never as a diagnosis. Growth charts drop straight into the checkup report for your GP or child-health nurse.
How it works
- Open Care → Growth and tap + to add a measurement.

How much formula does my baby need?
There's no perfect number — your baby's hunger cues, wet nappies and steady growth tell the real story, and we'll help you read them.
Milestones: 0–3 months
