One-tap baby logging, made for 2am
Four tiles that never move — Feed, Nappy, Sleep and Journal. Each one logs the usual in a single tap, half-asleep, with the baby in your other arm.
Cocoon logs a feed, nappy or nap in one tap. Each Home tile does the usual thing — the breast side you're due to start on, your usual bottle, your last nappy type, a nap by day or night sleep after dark — and offers Undo or the alternative straight away. Anything can be backdated, edited or deleted later.

What it does
Cocoon's Home screen is built around four tiles that never move: Feed, Nappy, Sleep and Journal. One tap logs the usual, and a toast lets you undo it or pick the alternative — “Right instead”, “It's night sleep”, or a different nappy.
Everything else is one tap away on the + sheet: pumping, solids, activities like tummy time and bath, temperature, medicine, the milk stash and the Feed-safe timer. Tiles appear when they're relevant — Pump if you pump, Solids from 5 months, Potty from 18 months — and the shortcuts you use most move up.
At the top of Home, “since last” chips show how long it's been since the last feed and nappy and how long your baby has been awake or asleep, with a running Today line of feeds, nappies, naps, bottle volume, time at the breast and tummy time.
How it works
- Tap a tile to log the usual — or hold it open for the details.
- Undo from the toast, or tap the alternative it offers.
- Logged it late? Pick “Just now”, 5, 15 or 30 minutes, or an hour ago, or set the exact time.
- Open any entry later to edit it, delete it, or add a photo, video, voice note or journal note.
The details
- Works fully offline — saved on your phone first, synced when you're back online
- Undo on every quick log, and a deleted entry can be put back
- Quick minute chips (5–45 min) for settle times and activities
- Voice logging from the mic on Home: “wet nappy”, “start nap”, “120 ml formula bottle”
- Tiles adapt to your feeding method and your baby's age
- Night theme, large text and one-handed reach
Common questions
How fast is it to log a feed in Cocoon?
One tap. The Feed tile starts the side you're due on (or logs your usual bottle), and a toast offers Undo or the other option. Details like amount, contents or notes are optional and can be added later.
Can I log something that happened earlier?
Yes. Choose Just now, 5, 15 or 30 minutes, or an hour ago, or set any exact time. Every entry can be edited later, and future times are refused so a slip can't log tomorrow.
Does logging work without signal?
Yes. Cocoon is offline-first: every entry saves on your phone immediately and syncs to your family when you're back online.

Newborn sleep: what to expect (0–12 weeks)
In the early weeks your baby's sleep is meant to be short, scattered and feed-driven — here's what's normal and how to ride it out.
Is my baby getting enough milk?
If your baby is having regular wet and dirty nappies, gaining weight and settling after most feeds, the milk is very likely going in just fine.

Goes well with
Breastfeeding & bottle tracker
Left and right timers that keep counting through a closed app or a flat battery, a clear “start on the left” for the next feed, and bottles logged in a tap.
How it worksVoice, widgets, Lock Screen & Siri
For when both hands are full: speak it, tap it from the Lock Screen, or ask Siri. Timers and the next window are always one glance away.
How it worksNext nap & feed predictions
“When's the next nap?” — answered on Home as a time window, from day one. It starts from what's typical for the age and tunes itself to your baby as you log.
