Nappy and diaper tracker, and a potty log for later
Wet, dirty or both — one tap. Colour, consistency, rash and a photo when you need them. And a gentle potty log for the next stage.
Cocoon logs a nappy (diaper) in one tap as wet, dirty or both. You can add colour, consistency, a rash note or a photo when it's worth recording, and daily counts appear on Home. From 18 months a Potty tile logs successes, accidents and dry sits without judgement.
What it does
Nappies are one of the clearest signs feeding is going well, so Cocoon makes them the fastest thing to log: one tap for wet, dirty or both, with your last type suggested.
When something looks different, open the detail: colour (yellow, brown, green, black, red or pale), consistency, rash, and a photo to show your GP or child-health nurse.
From 18 months, a Potty tile appears. Log a success, an accident or a dry sit, with wee, poo or both. The wording is deliberately kind — “Accident logged — part of learning”.
How it works
- Tap Nappy on Home to log your usual type, or choose wet, dirty or both.
- Add colour, consistency, rash or a photo if you want to.
- See today's count on Home and patterns on Insights.
- From 18 months, use the Potty tile for toilet training.
The details
- Say “diaper” or “nappy” — Cocoon uses your region's word everywhere, including Siri and widgets
- Today's nappy count on Home and in the handoff
- Nappies in the weekly digest and the checkup report
- Voice: “wet nappy”, “dirty diaper”
Common questions
Can I log nappy colour and consistency?
Yes. Tap in for details: colour (yellow, brown, green, black, red or pale), consistency, rash and a photo. A one-tap log stays one tap when you don't need them.
Does Cocoon say diaper or nappy?
Whichever you say. In the US and Canada Cocoon says diaper everywhere — including widgets and Siri — and nappy elsewhere.
Can I track potty training?
Yes. From 18 months a Potty tile logs successes, accidents and dry sits, with wee, poo or both, in deliberately judgement-free words.
