How to move from Baby Tracker to Cocoon

Export your data from Baby Tracker, then open app.getcocoonapp.com/import on a computer — or Import data in the app — and add the file. Cocoon recognises it as Baby Tracker, shows a preview, skips duplicates and brings across breastfeeds, bottles, sleep, nappies, pumping and solids.
What you need
The app's .abt export or its CSV report.
Step 1 — export from Baby Tracker
- Export your data from Baby Tracker: Cocoon reads the app's .abt export or its CSV report.
- Save the file somewhere you can reach it — email it to yourself, or save it to your Downloads or Files.
Step 2 — import into Cocoon
- On a computer, open app.getcocoonapp.com/import and sign in with the same account (or open Settings → Data & privacy → Import data on your phone).
- Drag your export file in, choose it, or paste from the clipboard. Cocoon detects which app it came from.
- Check the preview: what was found, which day each entry will be filed on, and whether dates were written day-first or month-first.
- Confirm. Duplicates are skipped, anything that couldn't be read is listed, and you can undo the whole import straight afterwards.
- Everything syncs to your phone and to the caregivers you share with.
